Additional Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this new document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend detailing different sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
